There are no hidden fees, something bigger agencies seem to be very good at and have always found solutions to any issues as all part of the service. They carry out periodic checks on the property meaning our apartment has never fallen into any disrepair by keeping onto of the small things before they become big issues.
Matt has run the business for the last few years and is absolutely excellent. He is always available and has taken care of managing our property with minimum fuss and expense, as all part of the service. As they are a smaller business they are able to understand the tenants and the property and offer a more personalised approach. This has meant that wether all is running fine or if there is an issue to be dealt with it will be done professionally and quickly to everyone’s satisfaction.
